11. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR SHOPIFY APP USERS
11.1 Data Access and Usage When you install our Shopify app, we access and use the following data: - Store metafields (read and write access for module/section storage) - Theme files (read access to understand integration points) - Store information (basic details for account linking) - Product data (optional, only when product data injection is enabled) 11.2 Data Synchronization We automatically sync your modules and sections with your Shopify store: - Synchronization occurs in real-time when you add, update, or remove content - Synced data is stored in your Shopify store's metafields - You maintain full control over this data through your Shopify admin 11.3 Theme Extensions Our theme app extensions (blocks) render your modules and sections on your storefront: - Blocks access metafield data to display your custom code - Product data injection (when enabled) is processed client-side in the browser - No customer data from your store visitors is collected or transmitted to our servers 11.4 Uninstalling the App If you uninstall our Shopify app: - Access to your store data will be immediately revoked - Your Liquidfy account remains active (unless you separately delete it) - Metafields created by our app will remain in your Shopify store - You can manually remove these metafields through Shopify admin if desired.
12. DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA)
For enterprise customers or users subject to GDPR, we can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request. 13. SECURITY INCIDENT RESPONSE
